Meet Our Receptionists

Lisa Shore: Practice Administrator/Head Receptionist
Lisa joined the Ark in 1999 as a receptionist and soon after became head receptionist. In June 2006 Lisa took on the dual role of Practice Administrator.

Janet Higginson: Receptionist
Janet joined the Practice in April 2007. She is one of our full-time receptionists. She previously worked at a local boarding kennels and has a labrador cross named Summer.

Rita Bowron: Receptionist
Rita joined the practice in 2000 and is currently a part-time receptionist working Monday mornings and helping out when needed. Rita enjoys gardening, exercising and walking her Jack Russell Tom.

Tracy Farley : Receptionist
Tracy joined the practice in April 2011 and is the newest member of the reception team.
